Moved Webhosts

Yes, finally moved webhosts away from the one that was causing all the problems.
Hooray!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately the new hosts have different permissions set for their PHP setup, so there's some stuff that's not working properly.

So once again this an apology for stuff not working.

Will there ever be an end to it?

Who knows. Certainly not me.
